You will find the cancellation policy when booking, in the booking confirmation and in the payment instructions which you will receive from the responsible company after booking. You can also check under "Cancellation" by entering the booking number to see the amount of the cancellation fees if it is not free of charge.

After the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

The driver must take legal breaks from driving. If you need more breaks, please discuss this with the driver before departure. Make sure, however, that you do not exceed the specified transfer time, otherwise the company may charge you extra. Bus drivers must either take a statutory break of 45 minutes after 4.5 hours of driving or two breaks of 15 and 30 minutes within the 4.5 hours. The maximum driving time per day is 9 hours, twice a week an increase to 10 hours is permitted. The daily rest period is 11 hours, which can be reduced to 9 hours 3 times a week. During the driving break and the daily rest period the vehicle is not allowed to move. The driver can work 6 days a week, but must have the 7th day off. Unless he is on a multiple day trip, in which case he can be employed for 12 days.

You can find your vehicle rental requests in your profile under "Vehicle rental (with driver)" under "My requests" - there you will also find a list of the offers you have received. To view the details of your offers, click on "Preview" or check your emails.

Transfer Exchange

If you have not found a suitable transfer via "You need", you can, in order not to waste time, use the transfer exchange to (a) place an ad without obligation for a simple, round trip or multiple day transfer; and (b) conduct a search for empty trips.

You can select for which type of transfer you want to place an ad (simple, round trip or multiple day trips). A form will then open in which you can enter the data of the desired transfer. Also, choose the date and time when you would like to receive offers for suitable transfers from our partners. Your request will be sent to all registered partners on Booktransfer.eu, who are located near or at the departure place. You will receive the offers of our partners with a fixed price and a list with the (not) included services. You can compare the offers with each other and book.

You can select this function if you need a transfer e.g. from one place to the next place or if you need a transfer within a city e.g. from a hotel to a restaurant.

An empty trip is a trip to or from the destination with an empty vehicle. You can search for this by selecting the option "empty trip" on the transfer exchange. On the next page, all available empty trips will be displayed where you can send your offer.

The company will either accept or reject your offer within your specified period. You will receive the notification by e-mail. In case of acceptance, you will be set a time period in which you can either make a binding booking or reject it.

Ratings

You can rate your transfer/trip with a link that will be sent to you by e-mail after the journey.

Coach Trips

After you have selected a coach trip, click on "Details" and fill out all the necessary data. If you are not registered on Booktransfer.eu, please enter your email address as well. Then send the request. The company will then check the availability and send you an e-mail informing you whether you can book this trip or you have been rejected. If accepted, you must book as soon as possible by clicking on the link in the e-mail and filling out the rest of the necessary data and finally pressing "book binding and obliged to pay". You will then receive a confirmation email from Booktransfer.eu and from the booked company you will receive the invoice, all important legal documents and contact details.
